Erica was a fabulous lady, communicated very well, provided exactly what she said. The cake was stunning and guests commented on how good it looked and tasted. Erica is highly recommended and very reliable.

Our wedding cake with Erica of Cake Obsessions was not only absolutely delicious, but it was exactly what we had dreamed it would look like. My consultation with Erica was relaxed and fun and she totally listened to all my preferences in terms of color, style, and flavors. One year later we had our preserved (frozen) mini wedding cake from our wedding and believe it or not it was still great! My husband and I highly recommend Cake Obsessions for their professionalism and overall delivery of service!Maira

Erica is amazing! Her cakes are delicious and beautiful. She designed a cake to match my color scheme, and it turned out absolutely perfect. She was great to work with - very organized, diligent and communicative. Her prices are reasonable and I would absolutely recommend her for wedding cakes or other occassion cakes.
