Francesca has went above and beyond all my expectations of a wedding planner and day of coordinator. Dazzling Affairs provides excellent service. You are in great hands if you use this company! I can't say enough wonderful things about Francesca and her assistant Sara.

Francesca was instrumental is making our wedding day perfect! We never would have been able to take care of all of the details like she did. On the day of, Francasca and Danielle were there every single step of the way, steaming my dress, helping me get dressed, running rehearsal, sewing junior ushers bottons and fixing my bridemaid's hemline.... in addition, we thought it might rain during my outdoor ceremony and Franesca had cars and a huge umbrella waiting to take me away if it did...(it didnt). later when i got to the outdoor cocktail hour i learned that she made the venue move my outdoor cocktail hour inside when she thought it might rain, and then when she realized it would hold off, she had the re-setup everything outside - all of this was down behind the scenes!! honestly, i dont know how anyone could get married without a planner AND i highly recommend dazzling affairs. my mother was sooooooooo happy with francesca and danielle and wrote them the longest thank you letter.

Francesca and Dazzling Affairs were by far my favorite vendor from my wedding. She was there for us throughout the entire wedding process, not just the day of! Francesca and Diana, as well as the rest of the team, have excellent attention to detail and are the ideal wedding professionals! Francesca and dazzling affairs provided such exquiste services, such as helping us find a Knock-out preformer for the ceremony and reception, amazing beyond BEAUTIFUL invitations that were priced reasonably, all of our reception and ceremony accesories (servers, scrolls, petal cones, unity candle etc).I recommend Dazzling Affairs to everyone. And I plan on gifting their services to my family when their big days come. They are the best! My husband can agree, we love them!!!

Francesca is amazing. A few months after I booked her, my venue lost their lease and I didn't have anywhere to get married it. She called all kinds of different places and set up appointments with them. She was amazing. She was so patient. I was talking to her on the phone almost everyday for at least 2 weeks and then at least once a week for about a month. If she didn't hear from me for a while, she'd call and make sure things were okay. Francesca was amazing as a DOC. I remember my mother asking "what does she do; why do we need her; I still don't get it." Well 5 minutes after Francesca arrived my mother said "this was a good idea." She is very organized and knows what you have to be doing every possible moment of the day. I was behind on hair and makeup and didn't know it and she told one of my bridesmaids to step aside so that I could do my makeup first. She was right about everything. She helped my mom steam my dress and even ironed my fiance's tux shirt. She was running between both rooms making sure I was on time and my fiance was on time. When my flowers arrived to my room, the stems were not completely wrapped the way I requested and she took care of it immediately. I remember thinking, if she weren't here, I would have to go downstairs in my robe and tell the florist what I wanted.So a message to all you brides, you DEFINITELY need a DOC and Francesca will get it done right. I have met other DOCs and they have a lot of beautiful ideas but they're wimpy and I could tell if anything went wrong on the day of, they would not have the guts to tell someone to fix it. Francesca will stop at nothing to get what you want right and she's not a pushover. So I definitely appreciated all of her services.

Francesca at Dazzling Affairs was absolutely wonderful and worth every penny. She was accommodating and knowledgable and her attention to detail and planning skills made my day even more perfect than i could have imagined! I highly recommend her to anyone getting married in the NewYork area.

Francesca helped me through out my wedding planning process and I must say that without her I don't know what I would of done! She was always fast in responding to my emails or phone calls, and any question I had she was always there to help me and answer them. She was my day of coordinator and everyone loved her! I'm soooo happy we had her that day because I would of gone crazy if she wasn't. She made sure everything and everyone was under control, and my day couldn't have been more perfect thanks to her! She's absolutely the best!

I was married on 3/28/10 at Glen Island Harbour Club. Out of all the things I did for my wedding (which was alot) having Francesca as a day of coordinator was the best thing i could've done. The day of the wedding she was constantly by my side making sure all things ran smoothly. Francesca and her assistant were always making sure i was picture perfect by fixing my hair when needed and even applying my lipstick. We had some small issues with the dresses and Francesca was on top of it. Her attention to detail and professionalism is superb. Having her put my mind at ease and it was so easy to relax and just enjoy myself instead of having to make sure things were according to plan. It was such a pleasure working with Dazzling Affairs and I will tell every bride that if there is one thing you can do, invest in this because you will be so happy at the end of the day! I have no complains, the service was immaculate! Francesa's presence gave me the ability to enjoy my wedding and zero stress. I can only recall one incident when guest were sitting at the parents table and it was resolved instantly. I can honestly say it was a perfect day and we were ahead of schedule as far as pictures and other events which was my main concern. I am more than pleased with the service she provided.

The Dazzling Affari team was the best money I spent for my wedding. I am a perfectionist and I was completely calm throughout my wedding. Dazzling Affaris made my day the best day of my life!!!!

Francesca and Diana were awesome and I couldn't have done it with out them. Everyone thought I was wasting money but after my wedding everyone was saying how they were worth every penny. I would highly reccommend them.

I don't know where to begin to describe how great Francesca is. From the minute we talked on the phone for the first time to the day after the wedding Francesca was there. My daughter's wedding was amazing. I know it would not have been that way without Francesca and Diana. They took an interest not only on the professional level but on a personal one as well. I can not count the times we met just to talk. It didn't matter if it was not directly related to the wedding, she was there to listen and to offer advice. Sometimes I would just call her to ask her to "keep me straight" and she did. As for the planning Francesca was amazing. What ever I wanted done, it was. Every idea I had she took to the next level. My daughters wedding was like a Platinum wedding thanks to her. Her knowdlege and expertise was evident. She knows her business. I know I'm rambling but I wish I could put into words all that I feel towards her and Diana. She took care of everything! The day of the wedding they were amazing. My whole family got to enjoy the wedding. Not for one minute did I have to worry about anything. She was at my house early and stayed with my daughter all day, making sure everything ran smoothly but also taking care of her and the groom, making sure they ate and so on.People are still talking about the wedding and how great it was and how no detail was left behind. What also was amazing, the next day, we found that she had packed everything for us. From the veil, the shoes, the gown, the cake top, everything that we might have not given a second thought she had done. Everytime my daughter said what about... it's here. What an incredible feeling to know everything not only the wedding it self but all the small details were taken care of by Francesca and Diana. Above and beyond anything I could have asked for, hoped for or wanted. Truly a professional, caring, experienced team!If you are reading this review because you are thinking of hiring Dazzling Affairs, don't think twice just do it, it will be the best investment in your wedding you will make!!!!!!!!!

Francesca was a great asset to have during my wedding day. I did not have a worry at all with her there. She took control of everything and made decisions for me so that I would not have to concern myself with trivial matters. She calmed me down when I was getting nervous and even took note of when my husband and I were hungry and needed some time to eat. She was fantastic. I was truly blessed to have her there. Francesca constantly asked what we (my husband and I) needed throughout the day. I would recommend her and her assistant to any bride that is concerned about the flow and timeline of their reception/wedding.

I used Dazzling affairs for invitations and programs for my wedding. I dealt with Diana and Francesca, they are very nice. I used Francesca for the day of coordinator and she was very good.

Truly wonderful! Could not have gotten through the day without Francesca! All the little things you don't even think of, she is prepared for. On the day of our wedding, Francesca arrived nice and early and greeted me as soon as I got back from our hair appointment. She calmed me down a little bit because the hair salon was running behind and I wasn’t so happy about it. By the way, she warned me about this beforehand and I laugh because she really is prepared for everything. She took care of all my bridesmaids and made sure that they were comfortable. Their dresses were full of static and who would have thought to have static guard on hand?!?! Francesca! When I was putting on my dress, I decided to bend over for some reason and sure enough busted the hook on the top of the dress. Not such a good idea to be moving around in my dress before it was zipped! My MOH and my mom’s face was priceless. I thought they were going to die but sure enough Francesca was there with her needle and thread, which by the way was stuck in her suit jacket. She ended up just cutting it off because I didn’t need it but I think if it were just my mom, she would have fainted right there. My mother was also a skeptic of hiring a DOC because she didn’t really know what she did and it was so funny because on the way to church she leaned over and said, “Francesca is great and I am so happy you hired her!” Before every picture, she applied my lipstick and made sure that everything looked great. She knew when she needed to push things along because DH and I were tired of taking pictures. It was just so nice to have her there and make sure that everything went smoothly. She had an assistant, Kimberly, who I didn’t see too much because she was at the church when we were getting ready but DH said she was on top of everything and was proactive. During the reception, my DH’s friends decided to pick us both up and she was right there to grab my champagne glass, knowing how upset I would be if I broke my beautiful new champagne glass! I would highly recommend a DOC to any bride getting married and I would especially recommend everyone to use Francesca. She was such a great asset to have with us on the day of our wedding!

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had working with Dazzling Affairs. We wanted a day-of coordinator to help us navigate through our wedding day, not knowing ahead of time just how invaluable their service would be. We met with Diana a few weeks before the wedding and gave her all of the information and details pertaining to the wedding. With that information she designed a timeline for the entire wedding day. The timeline was a guidepost for us and proved extremely helpful in coordinating the arrival of each vendor, as well as the order of events. Diana also touched base with all of the vendors ahead of time, so I didn't have to. When she arrived on the day of the wedding, she took charge immediately and handled anything and everything that came her way. She could not have been nicer and more understanding and I felt that we were a perfect match. From carrying my lipstick and passing out vendor tips to helping me maneuver the golf course in my dress and heels to bustling my train in record time - she was always by my side and I could not imagine getting through the day without her. She organized the bridal party and our families (who, as an aside, loved her, too), and made sure we were always on schedule. Though we mostly stuck to the timeline, she was flexible in moving things around if necessary. She was calming and reassuring and extremely professional throughout the entire day. At the end of the wedding, she even cleaned out the bridal room (which was a total disaster) and packed up our car with everything we needed to take home and, aside from the venue staff, was the last person to leave. It is simply not possible to list all the ways she helped me that day, but I can say that, since the wedding, I have told everyone how amazing she was and how happy I am I decided to reach out to Dazzling Affairs. I admit that because we were on a budget, I was a little concerned about spending the extra money on a day-of corrdinator, especially since the venue has a lovely banquet manager and I was provided with a bridal attendant. However, I can now say that it was one of the best decisions I made - I truly believe her help was invaluable. I don't think the day would have run nearly as smoothly as it did without her. Diana had an assistant, Kimberly, who was also totally lovely and helpful and I am so grateful to them both for helping make our wedding day one of the best days of our lives.

Francesca and her staff at Dazzling Affairs were worth it!!!!!! From the beginning she paid for herself through contract negotiations of other vendors. She was most valuable on the wedding day. She took care of every detail and I cannot imagine her not being there the wedding day. She was awesome!
