Haute So Sweet

Michelle provided the cake pops that I gave my guests at my rehearsal dinner. Everyone ate them all up & were raving about them! They were very cute-one designed to be a groom and one a bride, and they were unbelievable! Moist, fresh, yummy. Unreal! I even save a couple in my fridge to eat when we got back from our (2 wk) honeymoon, and they were still just as delicious! Aside from that...she was very nice, accommodating and handled everything (including delivery to my hotel) perfectly. Ordering from again soon!

Initially, my wedding cake was supposed to be included in the wedding package I had with my vendor/caterer. However, less than 2 months before my wedding, I was informed that the caterer would not be able to do the cake I wanted because he didn't work with fondant. Luckily, I had met Michelle at Haute So Sweet a few days before, and I immediately called her to see if she could help. Within minutes of talking with her, I knew everything would work out. Michelle came up with 3 different cake ideas for me (based on a picture I had fallen in love with) and went out of her way to get brooches to go on 2 of the layers. She also hand delivered cake samples on 2 different occasions so my fiance and me could decide what we liked. Not only are her cakes delicious, Michelle was extremely accommodating, and took everything into her own hands to coordinated with my vendor and florist. She turned a disaster situation into the absolute perfect wedding cake (one that was talked about the entire night). I would definitely recommend Haute So Sweet to anyone who needs a wedding cake or any other specialty cake.

I was so glad to choose Haute So Sweet to make my wedding cake. The owner and designer, Michelle, was very accommodating and a joy to work with. As the bride, I had so many decisions to make, and Michelle made the cake designing process easy and worry free. The hardest thing was deciding which delicious cake flavor to choose! Given that she also makes and delivers the cake herself, I was confident that I would be happy the day of the wedding. I was overjoyed when I saw the cake! She really captured the elegance that both me and my husband wanted for the reception. And the flowers looked so real I couldn’t believe they were made out of sugar! My guests loved the chocolate cake so much they were even asking to take extra slices home! I HIGHLY recommend Haute So Sweet for your wedding or any party you are having. I’ve already enlisted Michelle to make my best friend’s birthday cake!
