We loved Nova. Our group wasn't that big (100 people) but it was still quite a performance to fulfull our wishes. We had vegetarians, people with diabetes and people with a gluten allergy but they still provided quality food!

I don't even know where to start....Nova Catering definitely made our wedding day the best it could ever be. We got married in new York on July 25th, 2009. Nova helped us plan every single detail of the wedding & reception, and the chef prepared a scrumptious dinner that all our guests enjoyed. One of the great things about Nova is that they are a one stop shop for almost everything you need to host your own wedding/reception. The party rentals, table linens, food, bar service. You name it they have it. And if they don't have it (like flowers or music), they'll definitely know someone who does. And their referrals are only the best of the best, so it saves a lot of time and guesswork when looking for certain vendors. Four months after the wedding and we are still receiving compliments on the big day. It wasn't our goal to put on the most lavish, extravagant wedding ever. We had mostly wanted the wedding and reception to be simply elegant and nice, and for our guests to enjoy ourselves. Nova helped us achieve just that, and then some. They helped turn the day into something that we'll all remember for a long time to come.I would recommend Nova catering to any couple who is planning their own wedding. Definitely try to make it to one of their food tastings, the food alone should be enough to hook you.
