AMAZING is all i could say. Our favors fit perfect to what we were looking for. Our theme was a beach wedding and oh my god did they fit exactly what we were doing! I do not have one bad thing at all to say about the service from The Favor Shop.

I found that The Favor Shop had the best deals for a specific wedding favor that I wanted to get, and was very pleased at how quickly everything shipped and arrived. The favors all arrived in excellent condition, and the guests loved them!

I called the Favor Shop at the last minute and they were extremely helpful in sending out the 45 favors that I needed for a bridal shower right away. The woman I spoke to seemed genuinely concerned that I recieve them when I needed them. She went over and above to send them out the next day and they arrived with plenty of time until the shower!

I was disappointment to receive the "personalized" playing cards that I ordered. The price sounded too good to be true and it was. What I got was decks of black Vegas style cards in plastic boxes with cheap personalized labels that I'm supposed to stick on the boxes. The cards themselves aren't personalized. I could have bought the same product at the dollar store and printed up my own labels - which would have looked much nicer.To their credit, the order did arrive on time and customer service returned my call the same day.
