The Lindner Studio

Amazing! Lindner Studios could not have made our day more special. The photographers made everyone feel so comfortable and results can be seen in the photos. Our wedding photo for the Times was also done by this studio. Superb! Our wedding was outside the city in Westchester and several people from the wedding party arrived late. The photographers took it all in stride and shot extra photos until everyone arrived. The photos were made available very soon after our wedding day and the staff was very helpful while we selected our favorites. We have already recommended this fine studio to several of our friends. Five stars*****

We had an amazing wedding in September at the Palm House in Brooklyn Botanic Garden. Ceremony was outside in the garden, and the reception was inside of the Palm House. It was definitely the best day of our lives. Sunny and beautiful, with so many smiling people! We were so happy. And The Lindner Studio captured all the unforgettable moments, including never missed emotional moments.Their photos are very real, warm, and also artistic. On top of that, they know the Palm House inside out, perfect spots with natural lighting. We highly recommend this vendor for your unforgettable day.

Wow! I'm pretty shocked by the "Disaster" guy. What a gripe! I myself had nothing but success with The Lindner Studio and so have the people I have referred to them. David gave his all for us at our wedding. He has a way of making you feel (and look) like your best self. The people at his studio took good care of us too. They are professional and very very nice. They not only fulfilled the contract (which they completely did), they gave us a great experience and a great album.

I'm surprised to see a bad review for the Lindner Studio. It rained on our wedding day and I was almost an hour late for the photos, but David Lindner and our second photographer, Carlo, were on time and totally prepared by the time I got there. They were professional, funny, totally flexible (we ran out of time taking group photos before the ceremony but they made sure to continue our session afterwards so that all of our friends and relatives were covered), and most importantly took AMAZING photos. We got proofs almost right away and now have a gorgeous album. I was totally satisfied from start to finish -- so much so that I was prompted to write this review, which I never do!

My entire experience with the David Lindner studio has been amazing. They wanted to make my wedding a night to remember - and it was a great success! Throughout my engagement I was provided with advice on not only photographey - but other wendor choices as well and felt that I was given personal attention the entire time. The day of was like a dream. No one even felt the photographer/assistant was even there so as not to disturb the ceremony/party - yet they were able to capture the evening perfectly. I would highly recommend their services. Yes - it can be a little spendy - but you absolutely get your moneys worth. Beautiful pictures and album - and a wonderful experience all together.

The Linder Studio was highly professional in every way, from our first meeting to the day we recieved our wedding album. The several hundred photos taken were beautiful. When I questioned one of the locations for outdoor wedding portraits, we ended up doing it their way and they were right. Those outdoor photos were beautiful, without shadows. The photographer dealing with my 4 young grandkids was not easy, and all those photos came out great too. The final digitally-produced wedding album is very beautiful. Several of people that I showed the album to said that it was the most beautiful wedding album they'd ever seen.Alan Marcus

This photographer was incredibly professional and the photos were magnificent. They are expensive, but you will be happy with the quality you receive.

Pictures turned out very good but the cost was way too high. We thought we were getting a package but then there were a lot of hidden costs. The photographer sold us on knowing the best spots at our location but on the day, only stayed in one spot.

Decent service, but the video itself was nothing special. Honestly the quality of the video isn't that great; the sound goes in and out, and you cannot hear the bulk of the best man's speech despite him having a microphone, and the video quality isn't very sharp. Our contact at the studio was difficult to get a hold of, and didn't always followup when he said he would (i.e., "I'll email you by the end of the week" meant a phone call 2 wks later). Wish I could have spent my money somewhere else.

Complete disaster!!Our only vendor that was a complete disappointment. The photographer was being outright rude to his assistant who was helping him, to the point where some of our guests mentioned it to us later on... it became a joke later but many people felt awkward to witness the assistant being mistreated.This studio is expensive and although the pictures were good, we couldn't justify the price to quality. But our biggest issue was that after the wedding, the studio refused to give us our pictures saying that the pictures will not be released until 6 months after the album is delivered to us. The album itself takes about 6 months to make... In other words, they were telling us that the pictures would not be given to us until 14-16 months after the wedding! That is despite agreeing to pay the entire amount owed up front, if needed, to expedite the delivery of photos. The studio was entirely inflexible and never once made any attempt to accommodate our requests. There were several expensive hidden costs for simple photo retouches & album choices/pages. And after having paid several thousand $ for the photographer, we never got our pictures to show our guests and we're still waiting.Always read the small print when if you still choose to work with this company. We have given up now because it's so long after the wedding already and we haven't been able to show anyone a single photo that the photographer took. We've merely cobbled together photos from friends & family.
